FAQ

Q: We already have Google Workspace but are looking for support and more security, can we still use pivotCloud?

A: Yes, we can transfer your existing Google Workspace over to our platform.  No need to pay two bills.  Just one payment to us will take care of everything.

 

Q: We use a combination of PCs and Macs.  Can pivotCloud manage both of them?

A: Yes.  No problem at all.  Our team is experienced in PCs, Macs, iOS devices as well as Linux and Chromebooks.

 

Q: Our company currently uses Active Directory.  Can we switch to pivotCloud?

A: Yes.  It may take a few days to make the transition, but we have designed our system so you don’t experience any down time.

 

Q: Your pricing is per user/per month.  What if some of our employees have multiple devices?

A: For each additional device a user has is $5 per device.  There is a limit of 4 devices per user.  Also, if you have any computers that are shared between multiple people on your team, please let us know.

 

Q:  We have an IT department already.  We only need help with our Google Workspace.  Do you offer Google Workspace Support?

A: Yes, we will be happy to just help manage your Google Workspace.  We can help you transfer your Google Workspace management to us and you will instantly gain access to our library of training videos and articles for you to share with all of your employees.  We offer Move/Add/Change support for no additional cost than what you are currently paying.
